Spent Easter Break in Goa with my family. Stayed at a hotel close to the beach. Clean, comfortable bed and a/c. the hotel also offered a balcony and a fridge in the room which was a great bonus. Location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the most famous area, with lots of cafes and shops. the beach was just five minutes walking distance which made our trip even better. the staff was friendly and always ready to help.
The hotel staff was a bit disorganized at times, causing us a little delay in the check-in process. the room service could have been better as we had to request them to clean the room on more than one occasion.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a prime location, just a short stroll away from the famous Tito's Lane and a few minutes' walk to the beautiful Baga beach. the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with essential amenities such as AC, a refrigerator, and even a balcony for enjoying the surroundings. the hotel staff, particularly Shubham, is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. They also offer convenient vehicle rental options.
The hotel receptionist seemed more focused on money rather than providing genuine hospitality.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Prime location, just a short walk away from the famous Tito's Lane and Baga beach.- Friendly and helpful hotel staff, especially Shubham.
Unprofessional and irresponsible staff who made us wait for an hour outside the hotel with our 2-year-old baby. The alternative accommodation provided, Krishna Residency, was even worse with frequent power cuts, dirty rooms and toilets, and a lot of cockroaches.
